A: JW Library may not be compatible with older versions of Windows, such as Windows 7 or Windows 8. It's recommended to upgrade to Windows 10 or later.
On Windows, the app downloads audio programs to the Windows library and videos to the Videos library by default. If you are having trouble downloading audio or video files, check that these libraries are correctly set up in File Explorer and that the JW Library settings point to the correct locations. If the Music or Videos folders are missing, you can restore default libraries by right‑clicking Libraries in File Explorer and selecting “Restore default libraries”.
