You can also use SP Flash Tool in mode to create backups of individual partitions. Load the scatter file, switch to the Readback tab, add a new readback region specifying the partition you want to back up, and click Read Back. This creates a binary image file of that partition for future restoration. You can now safely disconnect your device and power it on
