This plugin has been a total game-changer for me, and I'm excited to share my experience with fellow SketchUp enthusiasts.
Increase the number of segments in the RoundCorner dialog. Go to the "Advanced" tab and set "Number of segments" to 12 or 16 . For 3D printing, 8 is fine. For rendering, use 20+ .
